Terms of Use
1. A commercial license is required if you are going to be making money from the use of my graphics. Examples of what constitutes commercial use are provided below. Please be honest and show integrity in this area as many hours of work have been put into creating the graphics. You may purchase a commercial license here.
2. You may resize and crop the graphics, if you desire, but you may not alter them outside of those two specifications.
3. You may NOT resell or give away my graphics individually or in a compilation of other graphics (such as on a CD of clip art, etc). You must create something new with the graphic(s).
4. Please do not share or distribute the graphics with friends and family. They are to be used by one household. I have an affiliate program, so please be sure to sign up and make money for referring your friends and family to buy my graphics!
PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USER - WHICH ONE?
Personal Uses may include, but are not limited to:
- making birthday invitations for your children
- making cards to give away to family & friends
- digital scrapbooking for your family and/or friends
- use on a site you are not getting paid to create
- teachers or homeschoolers using the graphics in educational print-outs or web sites
Commercial uses may include, but are not limited to:
- Stationery or Card Making Design for profit
- Embroidery Product Designs for profit (see more specifications below)
- Web Site & Auction Templates for profit
- Candy Wrappers & Paint Can Designs for profit
- Any Product you can make or create for profit!
Simply put, if you are receiving some kind of gain, whether it be monetary or barter, to make, create, and/or distribute the product you are going to be using the graphic(s) on, you must purchase a Commercial License.
COMMERCIAL USERS PLEASE READ
Web Designers -- If you are using our graphics to create auction templates, web site templates, about me page, or any other web use, you must include a link back to my site on every page that the graphics appear. (example: Some graphics provided by www.honeycombhollow.com). It must be a clickable link.
Digital Embroiderers -- You may digitize our graphics and use the graphic on things you create (burp cloths, bibs, clothing, etc.), however you may NOT digitize the graphic and then resell the digitized format. You must actually create a product with the digitized graphic(s) to be able to use them. ** I am looking for someone who can digitize my graphics. If you have this ability, please contact me. **
Link Back Required -- if you are using Honeycomb Hollow graphics and have a web site or blog, we require a link back on an Artist/Contributors or Links page. If you do not have a web site, any kind of recognition you can give is appreciated.
PERSONAL USERS PLEASE READ
No credit is required for personal use. We appreciate you crediting our site when possible, but we do not make it a requirement.
